A research strategy is important. Yeah there aren’t many queries regarding it but don’t be under this impression that it is not important. I’d say that refer to the sage publications, as they are nearly perfect for understanding all the concepts of RM.

Guess what! I came across a book which has been well written in selecting sampling technique and research methodology by Nick Emmel- Sampling and Choosing Cases in Qualitative Research: A Realist Approach. It clearly streamlines all the methods and technique which can help you to resort all your concerns.

Hey, take a look at this book on research methods:

It’s quite detailed and easy to understand.

I think what you are asking is about sampling technique and not the method. I am not that sure, but I guess you are refereeing to judgemental sampling where the investigator chooses the sample on the basis of his knowledge. As you are selecting the respondents who you think are more suitable to answer your research questions, it’s your call, your judgement and therefore, judgemental sampling.

The tutor was Alex Riley and he took a day’s time for the allotted work, though he charged for 2 hours. I think the price quote is customized, on the basis of your requirement. I am not sure, what happens if you don’t like the topic. Guess you’ll have to see for yourself.

I agree with Savannah25, that you need to find a topic yourself.

I don’t really have much knowledge regarding this research domain, so I can’t advice you on that. But maybe I can help you out.
A friend of mine was facing a similar kind of struggle; his topic was rejected as he couldn’t justify it. So, he consulted Dissertation Tutors. It’s a website where you can consult with tutors, who are subject matter experts in respective fields. They provide assistance regarding dissertation problems, such as writing, editing, analysis help, topic suggestions etc. The tutor suggested 3 topics, with justifications and academic references. My friend selected one, it was quite decent, and got approved.
He was researching in a management area, so I am not sure if they assist law students or not. I am sharing the link below, if you feel like, you can talk to them and know for yourself:

I can very well understand the gravity of the situation. Though there is a specific domain which I am pursuing but the key contribution I derived from the organization where I am working at present. I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Human resources and hence I narrowed down a topic pertaining to the issue which is causing great trouble in my organization i.e. “Ascertaining the parameters which determines the success of implementing the knowledge management system in an organization”. Focusing on this topic I tried to search for other organization who implemented K.M. in their organization so that I can increase my sample size as well.
